Founded by Damon Wells, a seasoned leader with decades of experience navigating the complexities of team dynamics and leadership challenges, SOIL stands as a beacon for those brave enough to confront and cultivate their leadership capabilities. Drawing from the wisdom of the 28 years of U.S. Army leadership experience, SOIL offers a unique perspective on leadership development—one that celebrates the journey from fallow grounds to flourishing growth.
